Highest Weight was around 290lbs.
Instead of feeding yourself with ill thoughts, nourish yourself with the belief that you are capable, and entitled to living a fulfilled life. Weight gain led to me becoming a stranger who would stay hidden behind 4 walls, I could barely go out into the garden in fear of being seen by neighbours, however my love for the outdoors has grown immensely & I am super excited for the future!
One quote that has stuck with me throughout this on going journey is;
“If there’s no enemy within, the enemy outside can do us no harm.”
